Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead the configuration and optimization of Dynamics 365 Field Service operations. This role involves designing service models, planning resources, deploying mobile solutions, and integrating with collateral systems to enhance field service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service for end-to-end service operations: incident types, service tasks, SLAs, customer assets, and work orders.
* Optimize resource scheduling and trip planning using the Schedule Board (skills, time windows, zones).
* Deploy and customize the Field Service mobile app (offline mode, photo/signature capture, barcode scanning).
* Integrate Field Service with ERP, inventory, IoT, and customer service systems using Power Platform and APIs.
* Ensure solution quality and user adoption through backlog management, E2E testing, documentation (runbooks/playbooks), and training for supervisors and technicians.
Required Technical Expertise:
* 3+ years of experience configuring Dynamics 365 Field Service / Dataverse : work orders, service agreements, assets, products, warehouses, and role-based security.
* Experience with Field Service mobile app (Power Apps): offline functionality, technician-friendly features (maps, notes, captures).
* Proficiency in Power Platform, especially Power Automate for workflows, notifications, business rules, and SLAs.
* Technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, JavaScript, and Customer Service modules.
Language Requirements:
* Spanish: C1 level
* English: B2 level
