At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager – M&A Integration in Madrid to join a leading global technology company in the travel industry. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, driving and executing the post-merger integration of acquired companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards and synergy targets.Lead end-to-end M&A integration programs across corporate and business functions (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations).Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear decision-making and execution.Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.Drive change management, communication and cultural integration in multinational environments.Proven experience leading M&A / Post-Merger Integration programs in complex, international environments.Strong background in Program Management / Integration PMO, managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.Ability to work across corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT) and business teams (Product, Commercial, Operations).Solid change management and communication skills, with experience in cultural integration.Fluent English is mandatory; Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).Founded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
