You will lead the structure, performance, and evolution of our Project Management Office while directly managing the bXL Project Management team and the Consulting team /b—a combined group of approximately b30 people /b. /p pYour work will set the tone for long‑lasting client relationships and will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and long‑term growth. /p pThe role requires a blend of bstrategic thinking, operational excellence, project management mastery, and people leadership /b, along with a strong understanding of SaaS onboarding and customer success dynamics. /p pYou will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Account Management, Support, and all relevant teams to ensure every large customer’s implementation is efficient, scalable, and tailored to their needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, mentor, and grow the XL Project Management team and Consulting team (30 HC), ensuring high performance, scalability, and role clarity. /li liDefine and continuously refine the PMO strategy, methodologies, playbooks, and delivery frameworks. /li liEstablish KPIs, dashboards, and quality standards for onboarding excellence. /li liOwn the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for enterprise and high‑complexity accounts. /li liOversee pre‑sales engagement, scoping, and expectation management. /li liEnsure robust solution design, requirements gathering, and implementation planning. /li liDrive product adoption, change management, and customer training strategies. /li liIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers early in the onboarding process. /li liWork closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, MPEs, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless customer transition from purchase to activation. /li liAct as the voice of onboarding and delivery in cross‑functional initiatives and roadmap discussions. /li liAlign delivery capabilities with business objectives and revenue targets. /li liMonitor onboarding performance, time‑to‑value, and customer satisfaction metrics. /li liImplement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tooling, and methodologies. /li liChampion a data‑driven culture within the PMO, ensuring visibility and accountability. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience leading Project Management or PMO teams, ideally in a SaaS, HR Tech, or similar fast‑growth environment. /li liStrong background in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or consulting. /li liExperience managing large teams (20+ HC) with a focus on coaching, performance, and career development. /li liSolid understanding of HR processes, payroll, workforce management, or similar (preferred). /li liProficiency with SaaS platforms and project management tools (Gantt, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.). /li liFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. /li liStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric mindset. /li liFormal certifications are a plus (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, etc.). /li /ul h3About Factorial /h3 pFactorial is an all‑in‑one HR Software company founded in 2016 and rapidly scaling globally.
