Position: Customer Service Manager
Location: Terrassa, Barcelona
This role reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager and offers 60% remote work (3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of a customer service team of 10, providing supervision and technical assistance.
2. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff.
3. Organize training, documentation, and communication to ensure staff understanding of business processes.
4. Monitor and improve departmental KPIs.
5. Coordinate staff vacations and backups to ensure coverage.
6. Conduct annual reviews and performance management.
7. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Candidate Profile:
* Higher education in administration or commerce preferred.
* At least 3 years' management and team development experience.
* Order management and B2B customer service experience.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, BI, and Oracle.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Fluent in English.
