As KTL Engineer, you will define and validate KTL process parameters and lead technically a team of KTL specialist.
**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**
- To prepare system specifications and support with the manufacturing equipment acquisition.
- Deviation analysis and corrective actions.
- To supervise KTL specialists team.
- Suppliers management (raw materials and contractors).
- Team training.
- Psycochemical test planning, execution and evaluation.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- Laboratory methods definition for coating validation.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Technical backgorund, preferably Engineering and/or Chemical Processes.
- It is essential to have relevant professional experience in the field of aluminium surface treatment and electrodeposition coating technology.
- English fluent, German is appreciated.
- Experience in project management in interdisciplinary working environment.
- Excellent analitic skills for root cause analysis processes.
- Availability to travel.
