You will support value creation, driving transformation initiatives, improving operational performance, and ensuring disciplined execution.You will collaborate closely with our Operating Partners, portfolio company leaders and program managers, and external partners in the design and execution of the most relevant value creation workstreams. You will create, manage and maintain the roadmap for key value creation programs, ensuring that they align with both the investment case and the objectives of AS Equity Partners.Reports to :
Head of Portfolio OperationsRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage value creation initiatives across portfolio companies to drive EBITDA improvement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with AS Equity Partners’ colleagues, portfolio company program teams, external partners and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful development and delivery of the portfolio company value creation planWork closely with Operating Partners and portfolio company leadership to design, plan, and implement 180-day plans and longer-term value initiatives.Ensure alignment with investment thesis and overall portfolio strategy.Identify and address performance bottlenecks, including cost reduction, pricing optimization, salesforce effectiveness, and digital transformation.Serve as a strategic advisor for portfolio companies as needed.Program ManagementResponsible for the successful execution of transformation programs that drive EBITDA growth, operational efficiency, digital enablement, and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate has very high conceptual capabilities, is execution-oriented, highly analytical, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.Drive disciplined program management across workstreams (e.G., revenue acceleration, procurement, pricing optimization, digital transformation).Set up and maintain PMO structures for ongoing tracking and governance.Monitor KPIs, ROI, and risk factors;
ensure timely resolution of blockers.Drive organizational change, ensuring alignment between portfolio company leaders and AS Equity operating partners.Stakeholder EngagementServe as a bridge between AS Equity Partners, the portfolio company’s senior management, its internal value creation team, and other stakeholders.Conduct regular executive briefings, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.Build trusted relationships with portfolio company leadership team, and other key value creation program team members.Prepare investor updates and materials for board and LP presentations.Tools & Process OptimizationImplement standardized playbooks, templates, and tools for value creation delivery.Lead continuous improvement efforts for program efficiency and scalability.Leverage technology and data to improve program outcomes and reporting.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field;
MBA preferred.6+ years of experience in internal or external consulting, preferably in one or more large transformation programs.Minimum 2 years in a Private Equity, management consulting, or operational improvement context.Deep understanding of financial drivers, operational KPIs, and business models.Familiarity with value creation levers (e.G., SG&A optimization, pricing, digital ops).PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification a plus.Strong conceptual capabilities, strategic thinking and a hands-on, execution mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical rigor and ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans.Comfort working under pressure and handling multiple concurrent initiatives.What We Offer :
