The venue spans multiple levels.We are seeking a proactive and energetic management team with extensive experience in fast-paced restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high-quality guest experiences and driving business growth.General Manager – Key Responsibilities & Requirements:- Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume restaurant- Hands-on approach, acting as the public face of the business with enthusiasm for operational excellence- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining profitability, and developing supplier relationships- Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a cohesive teamExecutive Chef – Key Responsibilities & Requirements:- Background in high-quality dining environments, including pubs or restaurants renowned for cuisine excellence- Expertise in Mediterranean-style cooking- Creative approach to menu development and a passion for premium ingredients- Strong kitchen leadership, including adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standardsAdditional Requirements:- Fluency in Spanish and English- Legal eligibility to live and work in Spain- Accommodation will be provided;
