This is a business with real momentum behind it. PE-backed and scaling towards €100M ARR, they have an international customer base, multiple products live in market, and a genuine appetite to invest in the people and functions that will get them there.
Product Marketing is one of those functions. Rather than hiring a big central team, they're building regionally Product Marketers who sit close to the markets they serve and work hand in hand with Growth, Product and Revenue. It's a considered approach, and it creates a lot of space for the right person to do great work.
This would be the first dedicated PMM for the French market. The UK market already has a strong PMM in place, so there's a peer to learn from and collaborate with but France is yours to shape.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging across products and launches in France
Go-to-market execution for new features and releases, from planning through to live
Sales enablement assets that help the sales team have better conversations: battlecards, ROI calculators, value propositions
Translating complex product functionality into messaging that resonates commercially
Day-to-day collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Growth
Contributing to adoption, expansion and demand generation across the French market
Who this tends to suit
Someone with solid B2B SaaS PMM experience who has genuinely owned launches, messaging and enablement
A person who finds it energising to be close to commercial teams and see the direct impact of their work
Someone who enjoys the xhfqzwm pace and variety of a scale-up, and is comfortable with some ambiguity along the way
A self-starter who thrives in a remote setup and doesn't need a lot of hand-holding to do good work
