Overview

At Arsys, part of the international IONOS Group, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who combines technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to help our strategic partners get the most out of our advanced cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
* Be the primary technical point of contact for key customers, guiding them in the use and evolution of our cloud solutions.
* Coordinate and oversee technical projects and implementations, ensuring smooth delivery.
* Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing service quality and SLA compliance.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that bring added value.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in technical account management, advanced support or technical project management (TAM, Service Manager, Technical PM or similar).
* Strong experience in administering Kubernetes clusters
* Strong knowledge of cloud computing, systems administration (Linux/Windows), virtualization, and hosting environments.
* Ability to manage technical projects end-to-end.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong customer orientation.
* High level of English (very valuable).
