Overview
Palmera Group is expanding in the Vilanova / Canyelles market with a new portfolio of properties. Our mission is simple: deliver outstanding guest experiences, maximize revenue for property owners, and grow a trusted presence in the region.
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to take full responsibility for this new portfolio. This is not a fixed-hours role, it’s about making the portfolio perform. You’ll have the freedom to organize your time and resources, using the full set of Palmera Group tools and assets.
Responsibilities
- Take full operational ownership of the portfolio.
- Manage all bookings:
- - Temporada alta : short-term rentals, with support from 1 guest manager.
- Temporada baja : focus on medium-term stays and occupancy.
- Drive revenue management : pricing, occupancy, and yield optimization.
- Ensure excellent guest experience : from communication to check-out.
- Coordinate with property owners, cleaners, and suppliers.
- Monitor performance, report results, and implement improvements.
- Participation in the management team and regular progress meetings.

Who You Are
- Experienced in short-term rental or hospitality management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility.
- Strong communicator in Spanish and English (Catalan a plus).
- Tech-savvy and familiar with booking platforms, revenue management, and guest communication tools.

Vilanova i la Geltrú / Canyelles area. Local presence is essential.
