**Who we are looking for**:
**GAES is seeking an intern interested in making the difference in our Legal Department.**
**Besides the opportunity of learning and experiencing how a integral, fast paced company works you will play a key role being involved the main activities of our Legal Department.**
**Main functions**:
- **Assistance in the preparation and implementation of internal policies and manuals, as well as in the drafting and adaptation of compliance policies.**:
- **Review and processing of business agreements, NDAs, notices, and other legal documents.**:
- **Support in Compliance (creation of Compliance operations closely linked to the Medical Area) and search for jurisprudence.**:
- **GDPR Support (trainning design for employees, data maintenance, resolve queries from other departments )**:
- **Participate in the international roll out of the global policies.**:
- **Provide legal support to all departments of the business.**:
- **To give support in commercial issues (leasing, renewal, extension) and corporate contracts.**:
- **Support RegulatoryAffairs, Admin and Operations departments in various legal administrative and operational tasks.**:
- **Coordinate the execution of agreements and other company documentation
***Requirements**:
- **You have recently successfully completed or are completing a degree in Spanish Law **.**:
- **You are comfortable in an international environment where English and Spanish are required on a daily base.**:
- **You have the ability to work with Microsoft Office (proficient level).**:
- **You are a proactive person with analytical capacity.**:
- **You have excellent communications skills (verbal and in writing).**:
- **You like to work with people, interacting, speaking and presenting to diversified group of people.**:
- **You have the ability to work under pressure, you are multi-task and able to meet deadlines.**:
