We are currently looking for a
Creative Marketing Specialist
to join our Marketing team. This is a
hands-on, execution-focused role
, working under the guidance of the Content Strategist and Marketing Director.
This role will design
marketing collateral, event branding, and digital assets
while coordinating with agencies for advanced production needs (e.g., video). The specialist will also support executive branding initiatives and maintain the
marketing repository,
essential to maintain the
marketing repository, ensuring brand compliance and high-quality asset delivery.
Work closely with the Content Strategist for feedback, ensuring visuals support messaging and brand consistency.
Create and update marketing collateral including datasheets, catalogs, corporate presentations, and infographics.
Ensure all designs adhere to Valid's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Event Branding
Design and deliver event materials such as booth graphics, banners, brochures, and giveaways.
Support event photography and prepare post-event visual reports.
Multimedia & Video Coordination
Coordinate video production with external agencies (e.g., Prepare visual briefs and oversee creative quality.
Brand Governance
Maintain the brand repository, templates, and visual guidelines.
Ensure all assets across campaigns, presentations, and events are consistent with Valid's brand positioning.
Executive & Personal Branding Support
C-Levels LinkedIn content).
Support corporate campaigns and analyst/media-facing visuals.
Update the marketing repository with approved collateral and event visuals.
Manage version control and ensure availability of latest materials for Sales and Product teams.
Bachelor's degree in
Graphic Design, Marketing, and/or advertising.
~3–5 years of experience
in graphic design, creative marketing, or related role (B2B/tech industry preferred).
~ Strong writing and editing skills in
English

Spanish
is a plus.
~ Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
~ Experience designing event and digital marketing assets.
~ Knowledge of video production processes and ability to coordinate with agencies.
~ Strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency.
~ Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
~ Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
