Responsibilities
* Liaise with the Resort Management teams delivering efficiently all HR-related processes
* Reporting HR data to HR Sr. Manager
* Liaise with Talent Management team and Hiring Managers in Operations to ensure efficient and high-quality coverage of vacancies during recruitment period and sending the agreed employment offers to successfully select candidates
* Discuss candidates’ suitability with hiring manager and send offers. Maintains ongoing communications with perspective new hire candidates to make sure they will eventually join the company as agreed in the accepted offer
* Follow up on offers sent, providing clarifications, and preparing the employee files in cooperation with the HR Administration Officers. Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues. Collaborate with HR Accommodation Manager to coordinate the allocation of the appropriate accommodation to the seasonal employees
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and labor regulations. Coordinate arrival of all seasonal employees. Assist HR Admin team during on-boarding and off-boarding periods. Conducts exit interviews to seasonal employees. Makes regular visits to every department in Operations to get feedback from department managers and staff. Completes the work accident report in case of a work accident
* Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management. Fluency in English is essential
* Prior experience in HR Operations, Hotel Operations or similar role in a large-scale organization would be an advantage. Previous experience in similar position would be much appreciated
* Advanced MS Excel knowledge with excellent knowledge of MS Excel. HRM systems experience such as Pylon is required. Knowledge of Ergani would be much appreciated
* Strong interpersonal and communicative skills. Team working skills
* Organizational and time management skills. Capable to work productively under pressure and with strict deadlines. Prioritization and multitasking performance skills. Reliable and capable to handle sensitive information. Capable of maintaining confidentiality
* Minimum 5 years of experience
