Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers in Italy and Spain. Your mission is to generate qualified opportunities and open doors for our sales team.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential customers via LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp
Qualify inbound and outbound leads (B2B SaaS)
Book meetings and demos for Account Executives
Clearly explain MindHunters AI's value proposition
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Work closely with Sales & Marketing on campaigns and messaging
What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian and Spanish (spoken & written) – must-have
Good English for internal communication
1–3 years experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales (SaaS preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-ups
Curious, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS, AI, CX, or Contact Center solutions
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience working with European markets (Italy / Spain)
