The Role
As Automotive data business analyst, you are responsible for delivering data analyses across all Autodata subjects, support the tooling and product development process and assist on streamlining the delivery processes. As part of the quality team you will develop and document change requests, analyse and cleanse data and transform them to new schemas.
You will report into the Operations Director.
What You’ll Do
* Perform quality inspection of completed data files ensuring quality deliverables, raising data quality and performance levels in our data development teams, supporting the development of quality assurance standards where required.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and user needs.
* Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality and efficiencies levels and KPIs.
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, opportunities and training needs and support creation of required training/process documentation.
* Supporting continuous improvement of tooling and processes with increase of efficiencies, quality and error reduction in mind. Work with development or technical teams to design solutions (systems, apps, process changes, etc.).
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications and Experience
* 3-5 years of experience in a data creation/transformation or business analyst role.
* Experience with the Automotive data and content.
* Mid-level experience with Power BI, machine learning, Power Apps, SQL and AI.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability in quality checking and experience in implementing quality assurance procedures and tools.
* Extremely meticulous in approach to work with outstanding attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
