About this project: Sales, marketing, and community management. Open position in our agency: we are looking for a creative, proactive professional with a strategic outlook to join our team and help manage our clients' social media channels, following brand guidelines and applying strategies for real and sustainable growth. The candidate should be based in Argentina.
Main tasks:
* Creation and planning of content for social media (mainly Instagram and Facebook), according to each client's creative lines and tone.
* Copywriting, hashtag selection, and scheduling of posts.
* Creation of simple graphics using Canva.
* Monitoring metrics and adjusting strategies based on results.
* Proposing specific actions to grow digital communities.
* Designing and managing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook), aimed at branding and conversions.
Profile sought:
* Proven experience managing social media for brands.
* Knowledge of Business Manager and all aspects of paid campaigns (audience creation, pixels, objectives, testing, reports, etc.).
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions.
* Organization, good communication, and commitment.
* Desire to grow in a creative environment with a positive attitude and professionalism.
Additional valued skills:
* Strategic knowledge of funnels and digital launches.
* Experience with e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, luxury brands, and/or entrepreneurs.
* Familiarity with launch structures, acquisition campaigns, and remarketing.
