**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Intern will bring support to the Facility Management Unit in the Site of Tarragona in architectural tasks:
- Development and delineation of architectural concepts in office buildings.
- Review of regulatory compliance of buildings.
- Technical support with projects of sustainability and digitalization in buildings.
- Be the technical documentation librarian.
- Support in building improvements.
- Support with the management of the building pathologies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Fluent level of English.
- MS Office: advanced user.
- Experience using Autocad.
- Knowledge in CTE (Código Técnico de la Edificación) and building regulations in general.
- Desirable knowledge in Photoshop, Revit and 3D modeling.
