Sales Development Executive Human Capital Management (HCM) Austrian Market, based in Barcelona

In this role, you will work in a team of Sales Development Specialists in close alignment with your assigned account executives to drive growth in the Austrian market. We are looking for "hunters" who are highly motivated to find new business for SAP’s Human Capital Management Solutions by building relationships with customers and convincing them of the power of SAP solutions to transform and grow their businesses.
Responsibilities
* Analyze your territory and develop a strategy, along with concrete tactics, to successfully execute on your KPIs (sourced, nurtured & closed pipeline).
* Drive demand generation in collaboration with sales, partners, and marketing in SAP's Growth Business.
* Co-design and execute outbound activities to build relationships with new and existing customers, including social selling, cold/warm calling, and participation in online and onsite events.
* Develop SAP product/technology expertise and understand our customers' business to have meaningful conversations and build sustainable relationships.
* Leverage new tools like Generative AI, social selling, and territory analysis tools to improve productivity and impact.
What you bring

* Motivation to engage with customers via phone; experience in (cold) calling is a bonus.
* Prior experience in sales, business development, B2B marketing, or related roles; experience in selling HCM Solutions is a plus.
* Existing customer or partner relationships via social media activities or the ambition to develop into a trusted advisor is desirable.
* Strong team player with the ability to perform in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT); master's degree is a plus.
