About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design and development of land vehicle sub-systems. This role involves working on advanced platforms for defense and mobility, ensuring robust, reliable, and innovative solutions for complex vehicle architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and integration of sub-systems for land vehicles, including powertrain (PWT), chassis, auxiliary systems, armour, structural components, and internal equipment .
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and performance objectives.
* Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Interface with suppliers and stakeholders to guarantee quality and timely delivery of components.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in land vehicle design and development, preferably in defense or heavy-duty platforms.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, structural analysis, and integration of complex sub-systems .
* Proficiency in CAD tools and PLM systems.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
