We’re growing and looking for a Junior Technical Support to join our Customer Excellence team in an international environment. If you have a technical background, love solving problems, and want to build your career at the intersection of technology, customer support, and product quality, this is for you
🔧 What you’ll do
* Manage and resolve technical incidents reported by Partners
* Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs
* Prepare and process repair, spare parts, and diagnostics quotations
* Manage spare parts shipments and logistics coordination
* Collect incident data, write product improvement documentation, and report KPIs
* Support QA by testing features and validating new releases before launch
✅ What we’re looking for
* Technical vocational training (FP / Technical diploma) in system administration, electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or similar
* English + French (required - important)
* Junior profile with strong learning mindset and customer orientation
* Proactive, structured, and eager to propose improvements
