Your work will promote best practices and drive the adoption of event-driven architectures. Your responsibilities will include: /ppbr/pulliDesign and document APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI and AsyncAPI, ensuring consistency and scalability. /liliModel events and define schemas (Avro) for event-driven architectures. /liliGovern the full API lifecycle: versioning, monitoring, documentation, and deprecation. /liliImplement quality validation, automation, and CI/CD pipelines for API development. /liliPromote API and EDA adoption through workshops and evangelization, bridging business and technology. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Need /b /ppbr/ppWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented API Engineer passionate about designing and governing high-quality APIs that connect business and technology. Ideally, you bring: /ppbr/pullib4+ years of experience /b in API design, definition, and governance (REST and asynchronous). /liliProficiency in bJava, Kotlin, or Python /b (at least one is mandatory). /liliStrong knowledge of bAPI documentation standards and tools /b(Swagger/OpenAPI, AsyncAPI). /liliUnderstanding of bevent-driven concepts /b: events vs commands, orchestration vs choreography, SAGA patterns. /liliExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and API quality validation. /liliAdvanced security implementation: OAuth, JWT, IdP, certificates, and mTLS. /lilibFluency in English and Spanish /b (written and spoken). /liliExperience with Kafka and Schema Registry is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppEven if you don’t check off every one of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you.
