What You’ll Do:
As an Engagement Manager at CoreX, you’ll lead the delivery of ServiceNow initiatives from kickoff to closeout — ensuring customers achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Owning end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
* Acting as the single point of contact for customers, internal teams, and program leadership.
* Translating business objectives into structured delivery plans using CoreX and ServiceNow methodologies.
* Managing expectations, communicating progress, and driving clear decision-making.
* Leading daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, project governance, and overall program cadence.
* Anticipating risks and proactively establishing mitigation strategies.
* Ensuring project documentation, records, and knowledge
