Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Sales Enablement team in EMEA.
The Senior Solutions Architect will proactively lead and develop qualified complex customer management and business process solution bids and tenders for prospects and clients, working as part of the EMEA Sales Enablement team to support the regional Business Development team throughout the sales cycle.
The role will collaborate closely with external & internal stakeholder teams to develop solutions that meet client business drivers and objectives.
The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing qualified complex customer management and business process solution bids and tenders for prospects and clients while driving innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions for enterprise clients.
A successful candidate will have:
* Over 10 years of experience in solutioning
* Strong commercial awareness with proven experience in facilitating& leading workshops with multiple stakeholders
* Solid experience in sales process & design
* Tech savvy with a strong focus on innovation and disruptive technologies
* Capability to challenge sales strategies and client perspectives to create alternative solutions
* Experience in European and global markets
