Senior Product Lead for Openbank’s mobile-first app and web experiences, steering strategy and outcomes across 2–3 cross-functional squads. You’ll define the vision, own key metrics, and drive discovery and UX-driven product development in a regulated, high-complexity environment. You collaborate across geo markets, engineering, design, and compliance to ship customer-focused, scalable banking experiences. This role offers international scope and a chance to shape AI-enabled journeys in a fast-growing digital bank.

• Own vision, roadmap and prioritisation for mobile app and web experiences
• Define and own outcome metrics (activation, engagement, conversion, retention, self-service, cost-to-serve) and improve them
• Lead continuous discovery via product data, customer feedback, UX research and experimentation
• Deliver UX-driven product development across journeys (onboarding, everyday banking, self-service, security, engagement)
• Lead multi-squad execution, align teams around outcomes and unblock decisions
• Influence senior stakeholders with evidence-based narratives and drive product craft and UX quality
• Lead, hire and grow a team (recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews)
• Explore AI-ready experiences (LLM-driven journeys, agentic flows)
Responsabilidades
• +8 years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of mobile-first consumer products (fintech or regulated platforms a plus)
• +3 years managing multiple teams in large, complex, product-led organisations, cross-functional and cross-geographic
• Strong product sense and track record of UX excellence
• Proven experience xpzdshu taking ideas from zero to shipped products with measurable outcomes
• Data-informed mindset: funnels, instrumentation, experimentation, KPI ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English C1+
• Strong ownership mentality; able to lead end-to-end in high-complexity settings
