- Develop long-term key account strategies to drive sales and market share growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare institutions (public and private hospitals)
- Identify, engage and manage KOLs to support product positioning and market access
- Act as main point of contact between customers, KOLs and internal cross‑functional teams
- Define and implement annual key account plans with objectives, actions, and KPIs
- Support market access initiatives including product listings and payer negotiations
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, trade terms) aligning with strategy and compliance
- Identify and develop collaboration opportunities with customers and KOLs to create shared value
- Support promotional activities and product launches with ROI impact
- Contribute to medical education and training initiatives with Medical Affairs and Trade Marketing teams
