One customer, one family, one community at a time. /p pbABOUT THIS ROLE /b /ppThe CRM Marketing Specialist focuses on building and deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries in the EMEA region to drive activation and retention of customers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing with strong skills in ESP management, lifecycle campaign management and strategies, QA processes, and marketing analytics. /p pbROLES RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliBuild strong relationships within the global marketing organization and the CRM team to collaborate on testing opportunities for the different customer cohorts (channel, content, timing, offers) /liliBuild, test and deploy CRM campaigns across multiple countries, including language preference, as it relates to digital, retail and omni-channel executions /liliBuild, test, and deploy CRM campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across email, push, in-app, SMS, and web push channels /liliContribute to strategic brainstorms on how to engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurture workflows for users in your region /liliManage and execute campaigns according to our Marketing Content Calendar, plus expansion playbooks for new countries in your region /liliOwn the QA and deployment process for your CRM tactics /liliPartner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution /liliLiaise with Country Manager and Revenue teams across your region to deploy corridor-specific messaging designed to convert retain users across digital and retail customer journeys /li /ulpbPOSITION REQUIREMENTS /b /pulli3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing /liliExperience building and sending from at least one major ESP (we use Iterable) /liliStrong knowledge of campaign management and experience deploying journey tactics /liliQA process knowledge, bonus points for working with numerous translated email versions /liliAbility to dive into marketing analytics and find areas of opportunity to test for scale and impact /liliA knack for staying organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines /liliAbility to build campaign performance decks for high level sharing comprehension /liliStrong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented /liliCuriosity and excitement to grow in CRM marketing and to learn about the remittance industry /li /ul pbPERKS BENEFITS /b /ppAt Ria, we believe in rewarding our team with more than just a paycheck.
