The Warranty Supervisor will lead the resolution of customer claims and warranties for equipment and spares from the Flowserve Pozuelo factory to ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves leading corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.Responsibilities :
Create claim notifications in the SAP system.Resolve customer claims in a timely manner.Coordinate with other functions and departments to respond to customer needs.Coordinate the team and manage assigned resources.Analyze customer problems and serve as the aftermarket technical support in collaboration with Sales and Aftermarket teams.Keep the Quality Quest updated with all information regarding NCRs and ensure proper closure of reports.Lead root cause analysis to prevent quality issues arising from customer complaints.Meet site goals according to KPIs set by corporate standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements :
Bachelor's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.Highly organized individual with strong follow-up skills.Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.Knowledge of standards such as ASME, ISO 9001, ASTM, API.Experience in field service for rotating equipment and vibration knowledge / certification is a plus.Required Experience :
