We are looking for a Seniorr Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management Team in Barcelona /p pAs a Senior Revenue Manager, you will be joining a dynamic team at the MINOR Hotel Europe and Americas. Being part of this team means you will be working in a commercial and strategic work environment. In this function you will be responsible for maximizing revenues, market share and profitability for managed key property in partnership with the General Hotel Managers and the business unit’s marketing, sales, and e-commerce department; always ensuring our revenue management service remains at the highest level. /ppbr/p pbWhat will you do? /b /p pbStrategic pricing /b /p ulliPricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments. /liliDefine the ideal business mix and channel mix strategy, define overbooking and protection strategy /li /ul pbPlanning, Budgeting Forecasting /b /p ulliBuilds 2-year property revenue strategy and budget proposal, prepares forecast based on the company guidelines. /liliValidates RMS forecast and ensures corrective action to improve the forecast. /li /ul pbDaily revenue management optimization /b /p ulliReviews demand calendars, convention and city event calendars and sets up events and seasonality databases. /liliPerforms daily pick-up analysis, reviews yield system forecast, competition analysis and price positioning. /liliEffectively applies pricing and restrictions in line with set strategy to maximize profits: rate open/closing, rate level and short-term sales and promotion action plan design execution. /liliResponsible for group quotations and related displacement analysis. /liliFormulate strategies to support the automation of manual processes in revenue management processes through efficient system use. /li /ul pbPerformance, demand competition analysis /b /p ulliCarefully monitors market performance, RGI, channel performance. /liliFollows all relevant developments of the marketplace, values impact of demand generators, notes change in supply, behavior in feeder markets. /liliKeeps up to date knowledge of main competitors, product knowledge, pricing, business mix. /liliEnsures quality of data is checked on a regular basis. /li /ul pbCommunication /b /p ulliCommunicates strategic recommendations to key commercial stake holders, e.g. General Managers, and ensures buy-in and commitment from all involved. /liliHolds regular reviews with key stakeholders.
