This is a full-time, onsite role, where you'll handle inbound customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. The Role
* Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
* Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot issues.
* Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.
* Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
What we look for:
* Be a native German speaker with excellent command of C1-level English.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
* Possess basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
