This position is highly cross-functional, involving various aspects of business and management. It entails direct interaction with the executive team, a constant learning curve, and also involves dealing with suppliers or potential acquisition targets. Direct interaction with companies throughout the international group and direct reporting to the Corporate Business Analyst Director.
- Monitoring the business evolution of group companies, consolidating commercial reporting, and reviewing the performance of the specialized units within the group companies.
- Ensuring compliance with the budget of various companies in terms of sales, EBIT, and EBITDA, with monthly supervision of the evolution of key P&L; items.
- Developing Business Cases and/or providing support in specific analyses for the management with a high level of analytical skills. Occasional analysis and/or support in negotiations with suppliers or as per management requirements.
- Leading the planning process for annual group plans and budgets.
- Interaction with local Business Analysts of group companies and proactive advice on operational and/or management aspects of the commercial area.
- High proficiency in BI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Reporting to the Corporate Business Analyst Director.
