We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in data systems and IoT to shape the future of hybrid energy platforms. In this role, you’ll lead product development that integrates wind, solar, storage, and hydro into one smart performance management ecosystem.
This is a strategic, cross-functional position where you'll work directly with customers, engineers, and partners to turn complex operational needs into seamless platform experiences.
🌱 What You’ll Do:
* Define data and connectivity strategies for multi-tech renewable assets
* Build the roadmap for hybrid platform capabilities—control rooms, analytics, reporting
* Lead technical integrations for hardware/software interoperability
* Partner with customers to shape future features and data strategies
* Support marketing with product messaging and thought leadership
* Collaborate on R&D pilots and innovation projects with real-world impact
🧠 What You Bring:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience in tech, data, or energy
* Deep knowledge of data integration & IoT protocols (SCADA, MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA, APIs, etc.)
* A user-centered mindset and strong UX intuition
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in renewables is a plus, but not required
