About the Role
Idoven is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high-impact, cross‐functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity.
Responsibilities
Coordinate cross‐departmental projects end‐to‐end, from scoping to delivery
Track workforce capacity, deadlines, and resource allocation across teams
Identify bottlenecks early and keep stakeholders aligned
Own project documentation, status reporting, and risk logs
Work closely with department leads and heads across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech
Exercise lateral influence without direct authority
Mediate competing priorities with diplomacy and data
Report directly to the COO and support strategic planning
What you need to succeed
5+ years in project management, with significant projects in healthcare and regulated environments
Proven track record managing cross‐functional programmes at scale
Experience navigating clinical, regulatory, or compliance‐heavy contexts
Strong lateral influence and stakeholder management skills
Skilled mediator — able to align people with competing priorities
Exceptionally organised with high attention to detail
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast‐moving environments
Tools & certifications
PM certification required (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
Familiarity with AI productivity tools
Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday or similar)
