**We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Poultry Innovation Manager to join our team and make a significant impact on the future of poultry sector. As a member of our esteemed research group, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and enhancing animal welfare standards in this dynamic field.**
Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to translation of research results into commercial supportive material.
- Provide worldwide (mainly in Europe) technical support to sales managers, distributors, and customers, including trainings.
- Accompany sales managers in the field to design and monitor field trials of poultry products and provide technical information.
- Manage the technical marketing documents and communication of poultry products and collaborate in the writing and diffusion of technical and scientific articles and documents required.
- Support the research and development of new products (palatability and functional).
**Requirements**:
Your Background and Expertise
- A strong background in Animal Science with a PhD with emphasis on monogastrics nutrition (specialization in poultry).
- Proven experience in the poultry industry.
- Experience in technical service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Fluency in other languages is a significant plus.
- A highly collaborative spirit, fostering a team-oriented environment and contributing to the collective success of the group.
