Successful candidates will handle the daily management of the warehouse crew. We provide unloading services for our clients.brstrongDAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: /strongbrulliRunning site with safety and efficiency as priorities /liliDaily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance. /liliCreation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate /liliAudit of daily labor and billing reports /liliEnsure customer needs are met on a daily basis. /liliDocument and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily. /liliEnsure all associates follow Capstone policies and work rules including Capstone safety work rules. /liliHold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation. /liliAssist in managing Site and Departmental budget. /liliScheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements. /liliInterview, hire, and train new associates. /liliSupervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed. /liliComplete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll record administration according to Capstone policies and standard operating procedures.br/li /ulstrongQUALIFICATIONS: /strongbrulliMust be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays. /lili3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting. /liliAbility to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates. /liliStrong organization and prioritizing skills. /liliAbility to simultaneously perform multiple tasks. /liliThe ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment. /liliAbility to manage budgets; read and interpret PL statements; and prepare related management reports. /liliIntermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent aptitude in estimating rates and adding and subtracting mentally while constantly multi-tasking.br/li /ulstrongEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: /strongbrulliWarehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third-Party experience preferred. /liliBS/BA Degree or Associate Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus but no required /liliExcellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills. /liliProven track record in supervision of warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination. /liliProven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.br/li /ulstrongPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: /strongbrulliAbility to stand for long period of times. /liliAbility to safely operate material handling equipment as needed. /liliAbility to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures /liliAbility to lift up to 75 lbsbr/li /ulThis description portrays in general terms the type and levels of work performed and is not intended to be all-inclusive or to represent specific duties of any one incumbent.
