Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
- Changing bed linens, towels, and restocking amenities.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Assisting with laundry services as needed.
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Providing exceptional customer service and attending to guest requests promptly.
- Other duties as assigned to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
