KAM with fluent English and French (H/M)
World leading manufacturer company in metal / packaging sector
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will be:
- Define and execute business policies along with the commercial management.
- Responsible for revenue of ~23M EUR divided on a smaller portion of various customers in Northern Spain within the vegetables and fruit segment.
- Proactively seek out, prioritize and process relationships with existing and new major accounts both via email, phone, trade fair participation, online and face-to-face customer meetings.
- Preparing offers, contracts, offer follow-ups, and reporting and managing activities all the way to the finish line in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Detect and develop new business opportunities (national & international market).
- Monitor and analyze different competitors in the market.
- Manage the budget under their responsibility, achieving the objectives defined by the company.
- Carry out major annual negotiations.
- Travelling availability for 30% & up.
The final candidate will fit with:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Key Account Manager, preferable in industry / food sectors.
- Experience with long lead time and technical sales is very valuable.
- Previous experience negotiating with purchasing centers is very valuable.
- Languages: Bilingual or fluent in Spanish is a must. High level of English is a must (min C1). Fluent in French is a must (min B2).
- Skills: Strategic vision in short and long term - Resilience - Teamwork - Leadership - High negotiation Skills and decision maker.
- Driving license.
