Experteer Overview In this role you will maintain product standard costs and intercompany prices across ERP systems for the EMEA region, supporting cost analysis, reporting, and internal controls. You will collaborate with plants and Business Finance teams to explain cost impacts and drive accurate closing and audit processes. The position offers exposure to manufacturing cost drivers, intercompany pricing, and inventory control within a global leader focused on innovation and sustainability. You will contribute to timely cost data and robust variance explanations that support business decisions.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Calculate and maintain quarterly standard costs
- Analyze raw materials and other cost drivers affecting product costs
- Support annual manufacturing rates upload process
- Ensure intercompany prices are correctly calculated and uploaded
- Prepare standard cost variance analyses and explanations for stakeholders
- Support plants during audits (internal and external) including system-driven transactions
- Assist monthly closing activities: volumes, Goods in Transit, accruals
- Coordinate with plants to explain major cost impacts and variances
- Perform SSPL reclassifications when required due to system limitations
- Monitor and report SSPL and Magna Carta inventories
- Track inventory losses, analyze root causes, and assess financial impact
- Participate in annual physical inventory audits
- Provide remote support for physical inventories at consignment warehousesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Interest in ERP and financial systems (e.G. SAP, Oracle)
- Affinity with manufacturing and production environments
- Hands-on, proactive, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills
