WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Web Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the digital customer experience and driving profitable growth across all digital transactional channels (.com & app). You will transform complex behavioral data into clear, actionable insights to improve website functionality, user engagement, and conversion.
* Contribute to digital profitable growth in the region by optimizing the digital customer experience.
* Perform full funnel behavioral analysis related to website traffic, user behavior, product performance, and sales performance.
* Track key metrics, generate reports, and identify trends to support data-driven decision making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A / B and multivariate testing strategies.
* Generate regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights for the regional digital team.
* Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand behavior and preferences.
* Implement tagging and tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection across platforms.
* Act as an expert user of SQL and the Data Enablement Platform (DEP), driving analytics competence within the e-com team.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with :
* The Customer Activation & Marketing team to measure online campaign effectiveness.
* E-Com Leads to monitor product listings and category performance, recommending improvements.
* Partner with Experience Leads to understand customer behavior and evaluate test hypotheses.
* Support the Regional Digital team in testing, targeting, and evaluation across digital channels.
* Be the regional point of contact for global teams regarding data transformation and lead upskilling initiatives in analytics tools like SQL and DEP.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably within eCommerce or fashion retail.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
* Solid business acumen and understanding of digital marketing strategies and user experience.
* Excellent communication skills to share insights with diverse stakeholders.
