1. Preparation and cooking of various breakfast dishes, mainly focusing on egg dishes.
2. Presentation of the Mise-en-Place breakfast.
3. Collaboration with buffet staff and support for the kitchen team.
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and hygiene regulations.
5. Demonstrating teamwork, cooperation skills, resilience, and stress resistance.
6. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Your Profile:
1. Completed apprenticeship as a cook is an advantage.
2. Professional experience is an advantage.
3. Proficiency in German and English.
4. Good learning ability, reliability, and load capacity.
5. Ability to work well in a team.
