The position of Market Solution Manager - Commercial & Corporate Services ('Solutions Manager') is based in Madrid, Spain, or Welwyn, UK, with most work conducted on campus.
As a Solutions Manager, you'll work globally to help Roche address challenges, seize opportunities, and implement solutions across various teams, focusing on:
* Driving solutions in commercial & corporate services by collaborating with internal and external partners
* Providing market analysis and assessing niche requests for business trends
* Developing frameworks and approaches to meet business needs proactively
* Leading and advising stakeholders to connect procurement and market knowledge
* Fostering collaborations within GP and Roche-wide teams
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred), over 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, corporate services, procurement, or consulting, especially in matrix organizations. Success in stakeholder relationship management and experience in pharmaceutical commercialization or corporate strategies are desirable. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
