We are seeking talented individuals to join our Product Marketing team as a CRM Marketing Project Manager.
Your future missions:
As a CRM Marketing Project Manager, you will manage and optimize B2B2C customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and improved customer experience. Your role combines strategic planning, operational execution, data analysis, creativity, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning: Design customer journeys and develop relationship marketing strategies to meet business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate on launching new partnerships with tailored customer journeys.
2. Operational excellence: Implement strategies through automated workflows using marketing automation tools. Use data to execute strategies and measure performance.
3. Data-driven insights: Make decisions based on data by measuring and adjusting strategies. Analyze business processes and customer journeys for continuous improvement.
4. Creative content: Create HTML messages and content for customer communications.
5. Collaborative relationships: Work daily with stakeholders from Product, Operations, Sales & Partnerships, and Brand teams across multiple markets to design scalable customer engagement strategies.
Tools you will work with include:
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud for customer journeys
* Make for process automation
* Google BigQuery and SQL for data analysis
About you:
To succeed, you should have:
* Eligibility for a VIE contract
* A degree from a top business school
* Strong teamwork skills to build relationships within Product and Marketing teams
* High autonomy, quick learning, enthusiasm for strategic and operational tasks
* Excellent communication skills
* Analytical mindset
* Native French speaker, fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
