Yuma is building a next‐generation orchestration platform that deploys autonomous AI agents dedicated to customer support in e‐commerce. We already support 150+ paying merchants and help them automate up to 80% of their customer tickets, freeing human agents for higher‐value conversations. We're looking for an ambitious and curious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona.You'll be one of the first points of contact for some of Europe's most exciting e‐commerce brands, creating genuine connections and opening new business opportunities. As part of our high‐performing sales team, you'll work hand‐in‐hand with our Account Executives to spark interest, build pipeline, and help Yuma AI keep growing at double‐digit speed.Collaborate closely with AEs to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetingsUse tools like HubSpot (CRM), Apollo, and Sales Navigator to manage your pipeline and workflow6+ months experience in a B2B SDR or outbound sales role (SaaS experience is a plus)Native level in EnglishTrack record of achieving sales metrics and the necessary work ethic and attitude to achieve quota attainment, consistentlyHybrid work: our sunny Barcelona office + remote flexibilityWork closely with the founders and sales leadership teamYou'll report to Louis Coussen, who has spent almost 10 years in e‐commerce and has consistently beaten every target along the way.
