Restaurant Manager - Summer Season - COYA Ibiza

We are now recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.
Experience you will need:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand
* Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential
* Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team
* Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests
* Ability to motivate and drive the team
* Attention to detail with good customer service
* Extensive wine knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management
* A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
* Committed to personal development and a passion for working with people.
