Pstrong What you will do to help drive energy transition: /strong /p p· Handling and documentation (via salesforce) of all partner inquiries, both pre-sales and post-installation, about our battery storage systems and chargers via telephone, chat, and emails /pp· Remote technical diagnosis of the performance of the battery storage systems and charger /pp· On-Site technical diagnosis and support of the battery storage systems and charger /pp· Plan on-site assignments for service technicians for fault clearance and maintenance. /pp· Provide continuous feedback on service processes as well as proposals for improvement. /pp· Organization and execution of technical trainings for sonnen partners /pp· Spare Parts Management for local stocks /pp· Regular virtual meetings with our Premium Partners in Spain to discuss service-related topics /p pstrong What you will need on that journey: /strong /p p· You have a technical studies/training with several years of relevant professional experience in the mentioned tasks. /pp· You have at least 3+ years of expertise in the Solar industry (inverters, storage) and you are passionate about Energy Storage and Renewable Energy. /pp· You are a problem solver who enjoys a challenge and never gives up until a problem is fixed and bring excellent communication skills. /pp· You bring experience with CRM systems and case/ticketing systems. /pp· You have a customer and service focus, team skills, and social competence. /pp· You are, preferably, a native Spanish speaker and are fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage – German, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, French, etc.) /p
