To increase our global expansion and brand presence, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager – Northern Spain (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week, starting immediately or as soon as possible. This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy .
This position will cover the Northern region in Spain and can be based in our Madrid office or remotely in Bilbao .
Your Job
* Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Spain.
* Oversee onboarding of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.
* Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training, ensuring effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
* Define and drive business plans with partners, monitor growth, and ensure strategic and commercial development.
* Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence.
* Create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to meet business targets in North Spain.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) and externally act as a key contact representing the company professionally.
* Update CRM system regularly with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
* Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Spain are strong assets.
Your Profile
* Solid IT knowledge through academic background or equivalent, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
* At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
* Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Miller Heiman is highly valued.
* Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Spain, with a track record of strategic partner development.
* Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with partners and customers.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% and enjoy presenting and promoting solutions during meetings and negotiations.
* Strong personality, thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in Spanish and at least B2 English, both spoken and written.
* Self-driven, passionate about achieving goals, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
