Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Casas Ibáñez for a Director Técnico. The Director Técnico will oversee technical operations, manage teams, and lead projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting research and development (R&D;) of new products, and optimizing product design and production processes. xhfqzwm The role also involves collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure the quality and innovation of Albaled’s product offerings.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess and solve technical challenges
Proven team management and leadership skills to guide and develop high‑performing teams
Experience in providing technical support and addressing technical issues effectively
Expertise in research and development (R&D;) and project management for product innovation and process optimisation
Strong problem‑solving capability and the ability to work collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
Familiarity with energy‑saving LED lighting products and industry trends is an asset
Excellent communication and organisational skills
