Position: Technical Support Advisor
Location: Barcelona, Spain. On-Site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company
* Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
* Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2) both written and spoken communication
* Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
* Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable
* Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.
