Viajes Para Ti is an online travel agency committed to delivering incredible guest experiences through our own brands, Esquiades.Com, Buscaunchollo.Com, Amimir.Com, and Jump2Spain.Com, as well as managing full hotel operations at Boí Taüll Resort. Our company continues to be a part of the TOP 50 business with the highest revenue in Tarragona year after year. Our team of more than 200 professionals includes 130 employed at our offices in Reus and 70 at our four properties in Boí Taüll. As a part of our continuous expansion, we are looking to incorporate an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with hotels, third-party suppliers, and B2B partners to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term commercial relationships. The Account Manager will join our Product Department in a fully in-person role, working at our open-space office in Reus, contributing directly to cross-functional initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners that include hotels, B2B partners, and third-party suppliers.
* Negotiate commercial terms aligned with company objectives, including promotions and override agreements.
* Monitor KPIs (sales, margin, conversion, etc.) to strategically implement improvement plans.
* Identify growth opportunities with existing accounts.
* Build relationships rooted in trust through regular communication, follow-ups, and regular business reviews.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy and streamline processes.
Key job requirements
* 2-3 years experience in account management within the travel industry, OTA, or hospitality sector.
* Strong negotiation skills based on a results-driven mindset.
* Analytical, organized, and strategically oriented to understand KPIs in detail and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Motivation to be a part of a team-based, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
* Fluent in Spanish and working proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
* Residence in the Camp de Tarragona.
