Opportunity – Technical Product Owner
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner.
5+ years of Experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner / related roles within data management domain
Main Responsabilities
* Deliver business value through data by ensuring business needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable requirements, and implemented as reliable, high-quality data products
* Collaborate with business teams (e.g. Finance, Sales, Compensation) to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and evolving data products
* Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories and technical specifications for development teams
* Communicate fluently with engineering teams, participating in technical discussions to ensure requirements are feasible, well understood, and implementable
* Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and discussions to validate requirements and align on priorities
* Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of business terms, processes, and data workflows in Confluence
* Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding, clear communication, and alignment throughout delivery
Technical skills
* Strong ability to write detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria in Jira
* Good understanding of data concepts (databases, data models, pipelines, etc.)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including requirements collection and validation
* Solid experience with Agile methodologies and tools, especially Jira and Confluence
* Good knowledge of Azure data services, Databricks, and Power BI
* Ability to understand business needs and speak the engineering language, enabling effective collaboration with developers.
