Job Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensure fiscal responsibility, and provide insights that drive sustainable growth and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to influence high-level decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Manage accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Assess and manage financial risks, liquidity, and capital structure.
Lead mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance initiatives.
Establish financial policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team to support company growth.
Represent the company in investor relations, banking, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
Proven expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, and risk management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive management compensation of $200,000‑$450,000 annually, plus a 15%‑38% performance bonus. Successful candidates are also eligible for discretionary bonuses, depending on experience and qualifications.
Long‑term incentive plans or equity incentives through restricted stock or options, sharing in the company’s long‑term growth. The company grants stock options worth $20,000‑$50,000 annually (based on company stock price growth).
